We want you to shop stress-free at LivLavish. If your item isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, we can help you swap it (subject to availability).
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, final clearance, or accessories marked “non-returnable” cannot be refunded.
